T2 is "only" notifying you that some files (like usr/bin/mc et al.)
where installed by two packages, which of course can not
work out.
It looks like you have two mc flavours installed: mc and mc-mp.
You shoudl decide on using one.

I have no idea which mc you are using now - see the shared
files above. Maybe this is a bug in the mc package (I usually
use the mc-mp) or some termcap or so.
