Tomboy has a pretty nice dbus interface, so you can use any language
with dbus bindings (I like Python) to control Tomboy. That's what I
would use to write the script.

Tomboy addin must run on Mono, so it must be written in a .NET
language like C#, Boo, IronPython, etc.
