i try to learn C++ (Better late than never ;)
i have source code of OpenCV, and IDE with project
options (build dll, build lib, build all in one) -
so, how to produce - is a linker problem, not mine.
(But, yes, i depend on IDE - now MinGW CodeBlocks)
To use instantly updated OpneCV i need to keep
all my changes separately and patch each new version.
It is in Haar app - so, it is good to keep all
that not absolutelly solid rock _out of cxcore/cv_
distro.
The idea behind C++ - is source code rebuilding.
(why do we invest in open source ;)
So, the team could provide Haar app class, and
i could override all that is not fit to me.
Please, look at long term C++ small players,
like PTLib(former PWLib).
Linux kernel hacking and R-system have much more
contributors and nessesity of diverse than OpenCV.
