Re: Unit 10 Discussion

After finishing the synopsis writing exercise I learned several valuable insights about myself.  The positive insights I gained are the ability to lead others and stay on top of things.  The negative insights I gained about myself are I like to micromanage tasks and tell others what to do.  Both the positive and negative aspects have made me more self-aware about my characteristics.  Now that I realize these things I can work hard to improve the weaknesses and put myself in positions where I can utilize my strengths.
