Sorry for the late reply, download of the snapshot version is temporarily available from here

The installation guide for Blojsom 3.0 is available here http://wiki.blojsom.com/wiki/display/blojsom3/SCode+Plugin
So far there's no problem with version 0.4-SNAPSHOT, it's a likely final 0.4 .
