I just got back to this, but I don't see how to modify substitutions.xml to allow email addresses or phone numbers. I don't see, for example, an at-sign, even though it vanishes by the time I get it in the GetProcessor. Can you please explain further?
Also, is there a way to get the raw input? I'm thinking that's going to be necessary, anyway.
