In the Metadata Tab (activate it using the Project->Configure menu, if
you don't already see it) you have to select the imported ontology you
would like to edit and click on the "Set active ontology" button showing
a pencil. If the imported ontology is not editable, because it was
imported in a read only mode, first you have to make it editable using
the Repository Manager, accessible through the OWL -> Ontology
repositories... menus.
