Hi John,
I'm not sure if this will solve the problem, but there are settings that
can be configured for each printer -- one of which is for continuing
after a paper jam. I looked at my HP 3800 control panel and in the
Configure Device/System Setup menu are two sub menus that you may want
to look at:
- Jam Recovery (mine is set to Auto)
- Auto Continue (mine is set to ON)
It's worth a try!
