The charity mySociety (

open-ish services.
We've been using the Affero GPL for years for lots of sites like
TheyWorkForYou, PledgeBank and FixMyStreet. Not to mention the UK
Prime Minister's E-Petitions site (
http://petitions.pm.gov.uk)
