Folks,

I declare this motion passed with support (+1) from JodyG, CameronS, MarkusN,
HowardB, ArnulfC, Julien-SamuelL, DanielM, and PaulS.  The graduation will
be referred to the OSGeo board for final decision on February 8th.

It's been a long road and I appreciate everyones support and feedback!
