Its appears to work fine on my installation, its just a HTTP link to:
doc/Manual/ManualContents.php?

Does that file exist on your server?

I think that bits fine the bit Patrick has the snag with is the link to the currencies section from the manual menu
We are missing the file here - not sure if we ever had a page for this even though we have the link!!
