| Subject: [Audacity-help] Help with Ion turntable
| This may not be an Audacity problem but I only get occasional
| success running
| Audacity with the ion. Sometimes, after a different amount of time each
| time, suddenly the music signal is replaced by white noise - which means
| abandoning the process and starting all over again. This does not happen
| every time : last night I converted two albums without problem, today the
| white noise has appeared at some point every time. Very frustrating.

contact details for Ion if you want to complain to them, but try the
suggestions of tightening and/or replacing the USB cable, and tightening
the cartridge first.
