and we later find that we could have used these four hours, there will
be no way to get them back. Approaching this kind of as a major
brainstorming in a barcamp / open space fashion sounds like the right
idea.
Anyway, I added a second topic to the wiki, just to broaden then scope
a little: "Setting up a non-profit organization to support the Helma
project: Which kind of services should such an organization provide in
order to best serve as a catalyst between different stakeholders in
the Helma project? What should it do, what should it not do?"
