It depends.
A typical situation is to to have a continuous series of "...FIFO full" on the post window.
It happens to me if I have the server on while putting my machine on sleep.
If this is your case, you simply have to evaluate.
Server.killAll
this kills all the server processes.
Then you reboot and it's ok
