I just read through all 49 (at the time I wrote this) pages on what seems to be the main discussion thread over in the ExtJS forums and I have to say, it's not even clear to me that you could do *that* with this license change, unless you were OK with GPL'ing such a side project.

If I were to think about Ext again, it would be because:
- I was happy that we could avoid making anyone think that DWR was GPL.
- It was clear that the community had survived.

Right now there is at least one fork (OpenExt) and I'm wondering just how long it will be before one side brings out a sharpened lawyer and threatens to: "take you all on - all of you!".
