   ...There seems to be a bug in iep-editor's manifest file: Looks like
it should refer to org.netbeans.modules.soa.jgo/1 but instead refers to
org.netbeans.soa.libs.jgo/1 ...
   ...As a (temporary) workaround:
   ...Created an attachment (id=54584)
   Modified nbm, with Info/info.xml and the jar's manifest pointing to
org.netbeans.modules.soa.jgo/1...
