Aaagh.  I had the chance to buy one of these very similar to this one
(needed new brushes, some paint, and new batteries, and the interior was a
bit beat) a few years ago for only $2k, and I am still kicking myself for
not doing it.  I happen to really like the look of it, and they seem to be
very nice factory EV's for the time.  I have a friend who has one, and it
still gets driven daily, if he's not driving the pickup with the welding rig
on it.  There were about 50 of them built, and most of them still in
existence are right around Denver (they were built somewhere around here).

I think the curb weight is correct for the weight with batteries.
Fiberglass baby!  He gets a maximum of about 50miles on his though -- with
real world driving and some hills.  One of these is the car I was talking
about that drove to the top of pikes peak, then regenned all the way back
down.
