I noted it as a potential issue, but decided that there are far bigger problems.
The 'correct' solution is probably to split guice into 2 packages: guice and guice+spring, however we also have an issue that there are too many modules already, so I've not done this.
Short version: if you have a better solution, please shout, otherwise don't worry.
