I haven't looked into the issue myself, but if you go into your NB install directory and find the
harness directory. You'll find there a few ant scripts which are used to perform these tasks. You
should be able to make a couple small changes to make it skip the creation of this stuff based on
a property in your property file. It sounds like if someone did it it would be a good patch for
every one if it could get included with the issue which was setup.
