considered very poor practice with respect to modern CSS designs, and
so is turned off by default. The style menu needs to be populated
specifically for your project.
Changing the rich text editor in 4.0 is completely different to 3.0.

The only reason the options are left in there at all is for backwards
compatibility for 3.0 users referencing the old ui elements.
