It happens with me too, since 6.0.

It seems to be fixed at 6.1 beta.

Using Windows XP, NB6.0.1, VisualWeb project - my outline view window shows only
one icon with the words: "No report open".

I have tried Window->Reset Windows, and tried putting cursor focus at various
areas of the work area. Intermittently, I will get an outline view but I cannot
reproduce the steps to achieve this.

Is anybody else experiencing this problem?
