Yes, I agree. To date - for us - and the direction of our 4D Products -
the partner program has had less benefit than it's cost - by far (which
is why we are no longer a partner). To date - EVERY tech support issue
we've had has turned out to be a bug - so we've wound up paying to find
bugs for 4D (or in one case - confirming that there was a bug - which
France had already found - but hadn't bothered telling anyone - which
caused a 6 months "issue" and several thousands of dollars in costs to
us and one of our customers). So 4D needs to find *something* of value
for the partner's program - as it has no value (currently) for us.
