So, I found out how to handle problem number 2:
{{#ask: [[Category:Locations]] [[Located in::A Location]] [[Name::!THIS ONE
NOT]]}}
So I don't will get the locations with Name::THIS ONE NOT because of the NOT
Operator "!".
But still don't know how to handle problem number one.
