Are you behind a proxy? You can try to force it to reload update site
descriptors by loading the following urls in a web browser:
http://m2eclipse.sonatype.org/update-dev/site.xml http://m2eclipse.sonatype.org/update-dev/artifacts.xml http://m2eclipse.sonatype.org/update-dev/content.xml regards,
