Re: [vwnc] Definition tab in 7.6

We have problems when selecting top classes in large class
hierarchies: If the selected class has no comment, VisualWorks will
halt for many seconds generating a default (unusable) class comment.
The method Refactory.Browser.BrowserCommentTool>>defaultComment is the
method starting all this nonsense.

Cincom should provide an option for which tab is selected by default.
Alternatively, the old behavior should be used instead.
