Things checked:

* RAT file, looks fine (though I can see that you have included eclipse
specific files. Not a problem, I just normally avoid including them)
* mvn clean install works fine (Mac OS X)
* Tested various wicket examples (win+ie7, win+ie6, mac+ff2)
