Thanks for all the great energy on a Saturday afternoon!
What I take from this is that everyone wants to make it... Better? Easier? More?
But...what that means, what the vision of the future looks like is the probably where the work is. It's not WILL you program web applications in the future, it's HOW will you program web applications in the future?
How can we automate standard work? Across multiple browsers? Across multiple platforms? It's so close you can taste it! All the tools are just sitting there!
