Surely there's some way to do this kind of thing automatically,
depending on which headers are installed inside the cmake files? This
kind of problem will only continue if we try to maintain several
distinct lists of files which need to be installed... Perhaps we can
install to a fake root on windows like we do on linux, and then just
package up the resulting directory structure?
Case in point: shadercompiler/slxargs/slx.h should also be installed.
