RTP sequence readout

hi folks,

I have some emdedded board with speak freely, i have also speak frealy source code. This code is modifying for the platform, so i didn't have rtp.h rtpacket.c and rtppacket.h and makefile smaller.

So my question is it absolute neccesary to have rtp files if i wolud like to read rtp package sequnce?
