RT 3.6.5 and Sendmail error and looks like perl error

Hello everyone

I have been seeing this in the sendmail logs:

Mar 11 18:20:12 centos sendmail[7978]: m2BGLulV003149: to="|/opt/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue 'FSL’ --action correspond --url http://rt.comp.co.uk/", ctladdr=<fsl@...> (8/0), delay=01:58:16, xdelay=00:00:01, mailer=prog, pri=661951, dsn=4.0.0, stat=Deferred: prog mailer (/usr/sbin/smrsh) exited with EX_TEMPFAIL

Can anybody help me sort this.

I also did the following:

cat test |/opt/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue 'FSL' --action correspond --url http://rt.comp.co.uk/ --debug

and I get this:

Connecting to http://rt.comp.co.uk//REST/1.0/NoAuth/mail-gateway at /opt/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate line 102, <> line 1.

Can't locate object method "seek" via package "File::Temp" at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/MIME/Parser.pm line 816, <GEN29> line 27.

Now I am not too hot on this type of perl stuff, but I did try to update File::Temp which was successful, but still the same problem.

I run RT 3.6.5 on Centos 5 with sendmail.

Please can someone help and let me know if you need more info to help me sort this.
