RM: smtpd; RoQA, buggy, unmaintained, alternatives exist

Hi,

Let's remove "smtpd":

* Last maintainer upload over 3.5 years ago.
* Since then three unacknowledged NMU's happened.
* It is currently RC buggy without maintainer response yet.
* There are many alternatives for spam filtering email servers.
