RGBA visuals on Win32

Hi,

The documentation for gdk_screen_get_rgba_colormap() says: "This
functionality is not implemented in the Windows backend." Is support
for this feature likely to be added anytime soon? Is there any reason
it wouldn't be feasible, or is it just that nobody's gotten around to
it yet?

No.
