It sounds like you are using "threaded queries"  Options-->Oracle-->Transactions
- "Execute queries in threads"

With that checked you don't get the popup box.  To see elapsed time you will
need to go to the "Query Viewer" tab in the editor in the lower portion by the
data tab.  If you don't see it right-click by the data tab and select it from
the Desktop panels menu.

If you uncheck Threaded Queries then the popup will show up again.

when I run query I would like to see the window which shows me how
long is this query running.

For now I can see only execution time after the query is completed,
but I would like to see also elapsed time.
