Question on New IMDCT Algorithm

Hi,

I have been reading the new IMDCT algorithm in libmad-0.15.1b. I can understand how it works. But what I can't get how the "scale[]" array is produced. It seems not to be the same with other arrays in layer3.c, such as cs[], ca[], etc. Can any body help me on this question??
