PropertySheet back to top link not working

Hi all

After getting a layout panel to overflow, i added a property sheet with 3 sections. When i click on the links at the top, the layout panel scrolls down to the correct section.

The trouble begins when i click on the back to top button. Nothing happens. Is there a way to set the back to top button to go back to the top of the layout panel?
