Program E - AIML Editors / Utilities etc

Hi, I'm currently using Program E for a project. Are there any specific AIML editiors for program E or will any work OK, for example the ones mentioned on Alicebot . org?

Also I noticed a post in this forum for utilities, but the link is broken, and idea of new URL?
