Product Announcement - Zed Builds & Bugs ManagementGreetings Fellow Qooxdoo Developers,
Please forgive this small bit of product advertizing to this mailing list. I justify myself in sending this because Qooxdoo has been such a huge part of our development effort and has contributed greatly to our progress. I'm announcing the deployment of our demo server which hosts a sample version of our Zed Builds & Bugs Mangement application: http://demo.hericus.com:6040/ Log in with user/pass: demo1/1omed demo2/2omed demo3/3omed Zed Builds & Bugs Management is an application targeted at software development teams and combines the following components: 1) Automated Software Build Management 2) Task, Bug, Feature, Assignment, etc. Management 3) Discussion Forums for team dialogs 4) Wiki for documentation, team group design, document storage, personal pages, etc. 5) General server administration The power of the application is in it's pure web (Qooxdoo!) interface, and the database which is shared among all facets of the application. Meaning your Wiki pages can query the task database, and your automated builds can update tasks as well. I want to extend a very big Thank You to the users on this forum for questions both answered and asked, as often I didn't even have to ask the question I had in mind, because it had already been asked and answered and all I had to do was search. As a part of our thanks to this group, we're offering beta (it's not quite GA yet) licenses to the first 10 requests from anyone from this group who is interested in downloading and installing your own version of the Zed server. We'd like to offer more, but don't have the support bandwith to handle more than 10 groups from this list for our pre-release beta. If you are interested in a license, please e-mail me privately the following: Company, Contact Name, Phone, Address, and E-Mail and I'll get the license and download link forwarded to you. If you are just interested in trying out the application, please feel free to use the link above, log-in and try it out. Comments can be sent to me directly, or to our support team: support@... I'll be updating the real_life_examples page here shortly with similar information to the above (except for the 10 licenses offer) but I wanted to get the word out to this list first. Thanks for all of your support and wish us luck! -- Sincerely, Mr. Hericus mrh@... http://www.hericus.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ qooxdoo-devel mailing list qooxdoo-devel@... https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/qooxdoo-devel |

Re: Product Announcement - Zed Builds & Bugs ManagementI think that this is very good example of qooxdoo application. The
tabs are effective way to implement various editing and views (I'm using this too). Thanks for inspiration, I played with your app about one hour :) 2008/7/17 Mr. Hericus <mrh@...>: > Greetings Fellow Qooxdoo Developers, > > Please forgive this small bit of product advertizing to this mailing > list. Re: Product Announcement - Zed Builds & Bugs ManagementHi Petr,
Thanks for taking a look around. Did you find the feature where you can drag views/editors around in the work space and put them in any split that you want? We appreciate the feedback and anything that you saw that was "strange" or didn't work, please let us know.
