Process accounting disabled in etch iop32x kernel

Hello,

I just tried the acct package on my thecus 2200 and accton fails:

# accton /var/log/account/pacct
accton: Function not implemented

due to the fact that BSD process accounting is disabled in the iop32x
kernel.

This is different not only from nearly every non-arm architecture (as
far as I can tell after a quick scan of the debian kernel source package
the only ones where it is disabled are the various "virtual" ones such
as quemu) but also from every other arm architecture: footbridge,
ixp4xx, rpc and s3c2410 enable it (altough some of them disable the v3
support).

Is there a reason for this or was it an overlook?
