Problems with makeindex and bibtex8

Hello all,

Is anyone else having issues with bibtex8/makeindex at the moment.
After a recent update, I get the Windows message

"The procedure entry point miktex_progream_invocation_name could not be
located in the dynamic link library MiKTeX207-kpseweb2cemu.dll"

whenever I try to run either (even just "bibtex8" at the command line").
 I've tried a reinstall, and the issue reappears on update.

This will be fixed with the next update.
