Problems registering

I attempted twice to register using my work email.  Both times said an email was being sent to complete the registration;  neither time did it arrive.  I have checked my junk mail and other filtered folders.

I suspect it is because my work email contains a hyphen, which some forums do not accept as valid characters in email addresses.  Since many organizations use the common standard of first.last-name@our_organization for email addresses, this is a problem for those of us with hyphenated names.  

Would you please check the registration logs from yesterday for a registration for ian.scott-fleming@ttuhsc.edu and let me know why it did not succeed?  And if it encountered a problem during registration, check why no error message was given?
