Problem in compiling openssl 0.9.9 with MinGW

I've successfully compiled and installed openssl 0.9.9 with Microsoft C/C++ compiler, but in MinGW, in the config step, this error generates:

RC4_CHUNK is undefined

e_os2.h => include/openssl/e_os2.h

"making $target in $dir..."

'TOP' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file.

make: *** [links] Error 1
