Printing Methods

Is there any uttility to help me out printing all the methods in a proyect,
or the only way to do this is going trhu the explorer and printing one by one? I'm quit new to 4D, in the old omnis in the utilities menu you had an option to print out all the procedures for documentation and debugging. Do 4d have the same choice. I will appreciate any help. 4D Insider can be used to print all of the methods in a database.
