Re: Printing Check problems on HP 4250 PCLHi John,
I'm not sure if this will solve the problem, but there are settings that can be configured for each printer -- one of which is for continuing after a paper jam. I looked at my HP 3800 control panel and in the Configure Device/System Setup menu are two sub menus that you may want to look at: - Jam Recovery (mine is set to Auto) - Auto Continue (mine is set to ON) It's worth a try! Re: Printing Check problems on HP 4250 PCLThat is correct -- these are settings in the printer, completely
separate from 4D. Have your customer go through the menus and check how these settings are configured. It's possible this could be the problem. Re: Printing Check problems on HP 4250 PCLsimpler - have them print configuration page(s) all the settings should
be on the config page(s) then if needed they can fax to you too. if they would allow - you could probably even connect to the printer directly (via IP) and 'play' with the settings.
