Pointing Ivy to MvnRepository

Hi folks.
I've been following along with Erwin Vervaet's Working with Spring Webflow book.
In it he has an ivy.xml file.

I think Ivy falls back to ibiblio remote repository by default.
How can I point it to the one mvnrepository uses?
Since this correlates to what he has written in his book.
I don't know if someone fixed ibiblio. But I just ran this again and this time it worked perfectly. So this works fine now. So if someone fixed this on my behalf. Many thanks.
