Plug Fouling

I have a 1996 750 CC Virago that has started to run to rich & is fouling my plugs has anyone else had this problem & do you know the cause?

- air filter is plugging up.
- choke is not comming off completely
- fuel jet srews settings have changed

- fuel octane not right for bike
- coil/wire could be breaking down

try autolite ap63 sparkplugs,,and begin a regime of cleaning using seafoam up to 1/2 can per tank,,good luck yg
