Please help -Internationalization using netbeans

Hi Friends,
I take this chance from the experts before the current netcat e-mail list is blocked for us.

I am trying to internationalize my application software (swing) into my local language (bengali). I used the nice wizard in netbean to create respective ResourceBundle.properties file as well as changed the codes in the source of the interface. But the issue is, when I  try to type the  key value in bengali (bn_BD) it does neither display in netbean nor it displays when I run my software. But I detected that it captures the text that I put in the resource bundle for bengali Locale. I tried to edit the fontconfig.properties file located in the lib directory of JRE. I also placed the locale specific font (Moinabo.ttf) to font directory under JRE.

Can anyone help me out what is going worng? I attache herewith those 2 files for your reference.
