Paypal Sandbox server bogus?

Hi,

Anyone here has an application using Paypal?

I'm new to this so I don't know if the problem is with me or with Paypal:
I'm testing payments through the sandbox IPN server.
Last Friday, it worked fine, bit since this morning, I do not receive
any "notify_url"
call back on my server.
Apparently I'm not the only one:
