Payment_DTA - source?Hi Hermann!
I can't locate the source for Payment_DTA in CVS; which makes it a little bit tricky to take a look at these open bugs: http://pear.php.net/bugs/search.php?cmd=display&package_name[]=Payment_DTA&status=OpenFeedback&bug_type=Bugs Is there any chance you could have a chat to someone about getting it into CVS? I'm sure there are lots of people on the ML who would love to help if you don't have karma or something similar. |

Re: Payment_DTA - source?Importing the source into PEAR's cvs repository would be a better idea from
a QA point of view ;-) On Fri, Oct 17, 2008 at 5:06 AM, Daniel O'Connor <daniel.oconnor@...>wrote: > ---------- Forwarded message ---------- > From: Martin Schütte <info@...> > Date: Fri, Oct 17, 2008 at 3:40 AM > Subject: Re: [PEAR-DEV] Payment_DTA - source? > To: Daniel O'Connor <daniel.oconnor@...> > Cc: mail@... > > > Daniel O'Connor schrieb: > > > Is there any chance you could have a chat to someone about getting it > into > > CVS? > > > > Hello, > I would be interested in a CVS as well since I still have my DTAZV class > lying arround (currently online at > http://mschuette.name/wp/2008/09/19/dtazv-mit-php/). > > I could also set up an own SVN if that would help. > > -- > Martin > > > > -- > Looking for a new php job? What would be required to set up a CVS repository for the package? As I wrote earlier I would like to work on the Payment_DTA package to fix the open bugs and extend its functions. Unfortunately I have not heard from Hermann (the package's maintainer) since April. -- Martin -- PEAR Development Mailing List (http://pear.php.net/) To unsubscribe, visit: http://www.php.net/unsub.php |

Unfortunately I have not heard from > Hermann (the package's maintainer) since April. Considering you have not heard from Hermann for over 6 months I think it may be fair to consider the Payment_DTA unmaintained (though we may need to verify this) and have taken the liberty to add the source for the most recent release (v 1.2.0) to the PEAR CVS repository - I've included Hermann on this email to check if I'm right/if he's ok with this. @Hermann: if you wish I have no problems with removing Payment_DTA from CVS. It's your decision. Though... I should note that Daniel attempted to make contact with Hermann 28 days ago today, and Hermann has not responded since then. This, I believe allows the QA team to declare the package unmaintained/orphaned - somebody please correct me if I am wrong. http://pear.php.net/pepr/pepr-proposal-show.php?id=60 outlines how the QA team should work and I think indicates this in that document. If so, the next steps would be to ask you for some patches for Payment_QA (this is so we can be assured of the quality of your work) and if in favour mark you as a developer of Payment_DTA and give you karma to allow you read+write access to it in CVS. good luck and thank you for wanting to work on Payment_DTA ken -- PEAR QA Team Member -- PEAR Development Mailing List (http://pear.php.net/) To unsubscribe, visit: http://www.php.net/unsub.php |
