Patch for rrdtool.spec

Hi all:

I was able to build rrdtool 1.3rc7 on CentOS 4.x, the following patch
gives a more complete BuildRequires for building (I commented out
perl-ExtUtils-MakeMaker since the package does not exist in CentOS):

The spec could probably stand to have some additional conditionals in it for
el4/el5/other vendor's rpm-based distros/etc., but perl-ExtUtils-MakeMaker is
definitely needed as a BR: for all currently-supported-by-the-Fedora-Project
Fedora releases (F7 for another week, F8, F9 and rawhide). Might want to
coordinate that with Chris Ricker, who recently took over Fedora/EPEL
maintainership of rrdtool from me.

Hi Jarod,

if Chris sends me an updated spec file this would be great.

I would asume that adding the pango dependency might take care of
most of the others since pango depens on a great deal of them onits
own.

We can probably add a check to conditionally add
perl-ExtUtils-MakeMaker to BuildRequires only if needed, this will
solve the particular "issue" I was having.

Chris, do you have any plans to include RRDtool 1.3rc7 (or newer) to
EPEL?  I think it's do-able on a EL4 based system (I've done it), but
you need updated versions of glib2, pango, cairo and intltool.

I suspect an '%if 0%{?fedora} >= 7' wrapper around it would be sufficient.

Won't happen in EPEL for EL4, since EPEL doesn't allow replacing/updating
distro-provided bits. Should be perfectly doable for EL5 though.

I took the liberty of updating the fedora rawhide spec to rc9 just now, along
with adding a conditional and versioned deps that should make this buildable
on EL4 as well. Updated spec attached.

Hrm, the php stuff still needs some love... Unfortunately, not sure who's
familiar enough with it to do anything about it to properly integrate it into
the build...

I just built rc9 on CentOS 4.x -- I did not build ruby, php, python
bindings though.  I also removed dejavu-lgc-fonts from Requires since
that is not available in CentOS base.

Hrm, more touch-ups to be done then...

Chris, I'll leave those for you to poke at maybe while you're doing the final
rrdtool 1.3.0 build, unless you'd like me to.

Another minor note.  Was trying to build 1.3.0 on CentOS 4.x with
--enable-python, got the following error:

RPM build errors:
    File not found by glob:
/var/tmp/rrdtool-1.3-1-root-root/usr/lib/python2.3/site-packages/py_rrdtool-*.egg-info

I simply commented out that file in %files python section.
