PV OPEN DOCUMENT Error

Hi all:

On 4D 2004.6 OS X

I use this command

PV OPEN DOCUMENT (ACTIVESP;"";0)

to open a document. I then click on the Cancel button and I get:

Error: 27
Document does not exist.

I cannot get it to go away no matter what.

Anybody seen this? Know how to fix? What am I missing here?
